Our expert fabrication process can add a stain or a custom finish from matte to high-gloss to your wood. We are also experts at sourcing woods with a live edge for custom rustic furniture.
Our Collaborative Design Process
From start to finish, we involve you and your ideas. Room 62 ‘s owner and designer, Ted Amell, has been creating high-end custom furniture for decades. He will work with you to make the perfect furniture for your space. Ted will contact you to schedule a meeting and discuss your needs and ideas. Ted’s 30+ years of experience designing custom furniture come in handy as he can recommend unique design options. Ted will create sketches for you to review and fine-tune the design with you to make the specifications for fabrication.
Expert Fabrication
Our steel and wood fabrication studio in Albuquerque, New Mexico, contains all of the equipment to fabricate your new furniture in-house. Unlike other companies who outsource fabrication, your one-of-a-kind piece will be designed and made by Ted Amell at Room 62. This allows us to ensure the quality is up to our top standards.

Freight shipping is included in the price of each custom-commissioned furniture piece. We ship to the continental United States and also to Canada.
Easy Assembly & Installation
We can ship to the contiguous United States via Freight Shipping. If your custom piece requires special installation for wall-mounted pieces, we can work with you or your contractor on installation. We offer custom installation services in New Mexico for an additional charge.
